I have been waiting 20 years for proof of the things the ex-wife has said happened. I have yet to see any. I shouldn’t be surprised by that and I’m not but, I would still love to see that “Notarized” paper that my husband supposedly signed “adopting” HER oldest daughter.
I want to see proof that my husband’s daughter said she wanted to be adopted by her step-father. I find that VERY hard to believe considering that she wasn’t even living with her mother when she sent my husband adoption papers, he didn’t sign them!
I want proof that my husband never paid a penny in child support for the ex-wife’s daughter. I have notes from Child Support Enforcement themselves stating that my husband was in fact paying child support for a child that is not his..all while she was receiving child support from the kid’s biological father!
I want proof of all the “beatings” my husband gave her, she said she called the cops but I can’t find one single report. Or the proof that he also beat the kids. Because, I have ALL the records from CPS and it says something completely different!
I want to see proof of the “Salesman's” daughter’s child that supposedly belongs to my husband. We’ve had his DNA in Ancestry and 23 & me, with no surprise child showing up in the last five years. His daughter even did her DNA and no surprise siblings have shown up. Nor has there ever been any kind of proof of this “secret” kid.
What I do have proof of is that my husband never signed any papers adopting the ex-wife’s kid. You can’t scream “He signed the paper in front of a notary” and then Never show that paper when asked for it, numerous times! You can’t continue to scream that, after your own lawyer sent a letter to the court as an exhibit stating my husband Never signed said papers. And that the kid was illegally using his last name as her own.
E-mailing my husband continuously stating the kids want to be adopted by the step-father, after he received an e-mail from his daughter stating the opposite. She never wanted to be adopted! Her mother was the one pushing it happen…all while this daughter wasn’t even living in the ex-wife’s home. She had moved out months before and was still under age.
I not only have the notes from Florida Child Support Enforcement themselves stating that my husband was paying child support for three children and that the ex-wife herself asked to give him “credit” for having her daughter in his custody, the kids name was included. I also have all the court papers stating the biological father was court ordered to pay child support. I also have all the court papers with this kid listed in every single child support hearing and payment plans.
Two of the kids have contracted the “beatings”. Not only does the CPS reports do the same but, again the kids also say the opposite of what the ex-wife has said many times. Other witnesses, she claimed witnessed these “beatings” have also stated the complete opposite of what the ex-wife has said. The ex-wife told me to ask these people what really happened, I did and it didn’t match what she had been saying at all.
I will never understand why anyone would scream lies when they know there is Actual proof that it’s all lies. Theres no way the ex-wife thought she would get away with lying about my husband adopting her daughter. Thats a legal process that has to go through the court, ITS LEGAL paperwork. And that never happened. No paper of any type was ever filed in the courts. And her own lawyer admitted it for her!
I’m gonna to go out on a limb and say that the ex-wife never thought my husband’s daughter would reach out to him after she cut off contact with her mother. I mean, she did a hell of job making my husband out to be the biggest baddest asshole on the planet for years. Unfortunately, for the ex-wife…she reached out with so many questions and then took it upon herself to look up the court papers.
The court papers and the kids (the ex-wife’s daughter & my husband’s daughter) have contradicted so many things the ex-wife walked around screaming about. They both remember things differently from what the ex-wife swears happened. One example..my husband’s truck was stolen when our oldest daughter was just a few months old. We always had a feeling the ex-wife had something to do with it after a few comments she made. My husband’s daughter confirmed that just a couple years ago…not on purpose, she thought we knew the ex-wife had set it up.
The list is long, the proof is long and the lies are longer.
