There’s always things that I forget about. This is one of them. Getting paperwork together to scan and email…I find this! The ex-wife not only filled out this “lawsuit” but she was also the notary for Mom #1. And then she filed it too. Now, if you read through it, Mom #1 dropped this once they went to court. She never wanted to do this, nor did she ever go after my husband legally at any time. They were both 16 when the kid was born.
Now, I’ve been blamed for “harassment and slander” towards the ex-wife but, I believe this takes the cake as far as any kind of harassment goes. And the “slander”….It’s not my fault the ex-wife doesn’t like the truth being spoken. Don’t do shady illegal shit and you wouldn’t be scared of the truth being told!
This entire motion is written in the ex-wives handwriting. I am not the only one that has said this, one of her own children said “Thats her handwriting. No doubt about it!” as soon as she saw it. Now, after this was filed with the courts, I did report her for “misuse” of her, so called power with a stamp. I do not believe the State of Florida held her accountable for it but, in all reality thats not surprising. It’s fucking FL and they are as worthless as the criminals they allow to get away with everything.
Before my husband got served with this “Lawsuit”, Mom #1 actually called him and warned him. Then told him that she would be dropping it as soon as they get in front of a judge. And she did just that! I have the transcript somewhere and she literally said in court, “I do not want him on child support. I never have. He helps when I ask!”. She essentially said she signed the motion to shut-up the ex-wife, she would not let it be and leave it alone. So, she figured if she signed it, she would take the motion and just throw it away.
Obviously, thats not how it went! The ex-wife took the motion and actually filed it. She was so proud of herself, like she got one over on my husband and I. We literally laughed and he Thanked the guy that severed him. I then took pictures and sent them to my girlfriends so we could all get a laugh together!
I have had girlfriends ask me “Who does that? She’s the ex-wife for fuck sake…That it beyond ridiculous. Is she that obsessed?” I have never been able to answer that with a straight face! I really don’t even have an answer except….”This is my life now!..HAHAHA!”. When I left my ex, I LEFT! Cut off contact. No turning back, no talking to him, no nothing! I will never understand these women who don’t move on after a divorce.
I understand when kids are involved but, even then any communication should only be about the kids. PERIOD! There’s no reason to stick your nose into your ex’s life like she has done for the last 20 years!
